Plants Around The Garden

I am constantly taking photos around my yard.  My husband often reminds of the days of film.  He says my hobby would have been very expensive in the days of film.  I tell him to quit reminding me of my age. Lol

  1. In April we moved into a new house and when I went back to the old house to collect mail they had cut down each plant & tree to fill in the swimming pool. Sixteen years of collecting and nurturing beautiful plants gone in a flash. All I have left are the photos I took for my blog posts. So carry on with taking photos of your garden, we never know what lies ahead in the future.

    1. That is truly sad when you move and go back to see how your former home and yard has changed. Takes a long time to establish older trees We went back to a past home and all our fruit trees and flowers were gone. xxx

  2. Love your pictures Peggy and yes thankfully technology in the digital camera I adore.. I too am always clicking away.. Our corn is now developing some tassels, and all that rain has helped make them strong And I should let some of our lettuce go to seed and flower.. That is a first viewing of the flowers for me.. 🙂

      1. Yes we have been early in the mornings watering everything that needs it in the allotments, We are in unusual high temps here, we are not usually so hot here in the UK.. 🙂 but I can stand it for a few days, though the nights are not comfortable.. We do not have aircon here in our homes..
